Unfortunately, once a redemption is completed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed.

Can I undo my redemption and choose a different gift card?

Most gift cards are activated immediately after purchase and can be used right away. In rare cases, your card may not be active yet. If so, please allow up to two working days. Still inactive after that? Reach out to us via the contact form.

Yes, you can. It will be clearly shown whether a gift card is available in digital, physical, or both formats.

Can I choose between a physical and a digital gift card during redemption?

Yes! You can split the value of your Choice Gift Card across several gift cards.

Can I use one Choice Gift Card to select multiple gift cards?

Sometimes a gift card may be temporarily unavailable due to stock or delivery issues. Some cards are also only sold separately and are not included in the Choice Gift Card redemption options.

Why isn’t my preferred gift card available?

Yes, you’ll need a PIN to redeem your Choice Gift Card. For the gift card you select, whether a PIN is needed depends on the card itself. If you're having trouble using the selected gift card, please contact the brand’s customer support directly. &nbsp;

Do I need a PIN to spend my redeemed gift card?

Make sure you’ve entered the correct card number and that you’re using a Choice Gift Card. Only these can be checked via our balance checker. If it’s a different brand, visit that brand’s website for full card details. &nbsp;

How to redeem your Choice Gift Card

You can swap your Choice Gift Card for multiple gift cards during the redemption process. Each gift card you choose must have a value of $10 or more. So, if your Choice Gift Card is worth $150, you can pick up to 15 different gift cards. Pretty convenient, right? This way, you can mix and match to suit your preferences.
